Lakme Fashion Week 2018: Aditi Rao Hydari looks nothing less than spectacular as a showstopper for Payal Singhal

The flawless beauty, Aditi Rao Hydari turned show stopper for feted fashion designer Payal Singhal on day four of the fashion fiesta, Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018. Payal showcased her newest collection, ‘Saira’ which chronicled the rise of Islamic art on textiles and architecture in various parts of the world like Turkey, Morocco, Persia, Mughal India and Iran. Aditi’s penchant for pulling off royal and ethnic ensembles isn’t new and the diva looks nothing less than spectacular every time she does! Playing muse to one such intricately crafted creation by Payal Singhal, Aditi Rao Hyadri left the audiences raptured with her stunning avatar.

Designer Payal Singhal is best known for her contemporary take on Indian ethnic wear and the Saira collection quite rightly stands testimony to Payal’s sensibilities. The stunning collection featured fabrics like luxurious silks, jamavars and brocades, accentuated with delicate organzas and tulle along with traditional embroideries like kasav, mukaish, fardi and zardosi. The colour palette employed included muted tones of rose, blue, mint are punctuated with deep solid hues of navy, violet and black.

Aditi donned an intricately embroidered gold  teamed featuring muted rose gold embellishments with a blouse and dupatta with statement earrings and a subtle makeup of nude pink lips and delicately lines eyes. With her hair styled in soft waves, Aditi Rao Hydari walked with a distinct grace and poise.

Enchanting as always, Aditi Rao Hydari played an apt muse to Payal Singhal’s Spring Summer 2018 collection to the beats of Sufi music.

Aditi Rao Hydari was last seen in the magnum opus, Padmaavat as Mehrunisa, Alauddin Khilji’s wife and even garnered accolades for her portrayal. She is all set to play the role of Chandni in Sudhir Mishra’s political thriller, Daas Dev sharing screen space with Rahul Bhat and Richa Chadda.
