After many months of being called as Rehnuma and The Ring, last week, Imtiaz Ali revealed that the name of his most awaited film was neither  Rehnuma nor The Ring, but… Jab Harry Met Sejal, which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. No sooner the film’s name got announced, it met with mixed reactions all over, esp. in the social media. A certain girl named Sejal Badala even sarcastically called out Shah Rukh Khan for turning her name into a meme. She wrote, “@iamsrk thanks for turning me into a meme”. Needless to say, Shah Rukh Khan handled it with his wit and presence of mind.

Today, being the birthday of Imtiaz Ali, Anushka Sharma posted an extremely cute photograph of hers along with Shah Rukh Khan and the birthday boy on a bike. Anushka Sharma expressed her gratitude towards the film maker by captioning the photograph as “Happy happy to Imtiaz sir ji !! Thank you for making Anushka meet Sejal”. Immediately, Anushka Sharma posted yet another photograph that had the birthday boy Imtiaz Ali along with her and Shah Rukh Khan. What was striking about this photograph was that the trio were posing with a very concerned look in uniformity. Anushka Sharma posted the photograph on the social media and requested Shah Rukh Khan to explain the reason for them giving such a look. Anushka Sharma captioned the photograph as “Plzzzzz explain to the world why you and I are posing with this particular expression along with the birthday boy @iamsrk”.

For the uninitiated, Jab Harry Met Sejal will see the coming together of Imtiaz Ali and Shah Rukh Khan for the first time. Directed by Imtiaz Ali, Jab Harry Met Sejal has been scheduled to release on August 4 this year.
