Tom Cruise becomes first actor to perform a halo jump in Mission: Impossible - Fallout!
Tom Cruise is back again to take us on a rollicking ride of high voltage thrill and action with Mission Impossible: Fallout! With every passing film, the stunts seem to get more death-defying and this time it’s no different!
The makers of Mission Impossible: Fallout have launched a new making video from the film and boy does Tom Cruise totally leave you on the edge of your seat! Becoming the first actor in the history of movies to attempt a halo jump, he is seen performing the jump strapped on to a military parachute. He practiced the jump 106 Times and completed the scene in precisely one shot alone! Tom underwent special training to perform the scene, so much so, a customized helmet was created for the stunt.
Produced by Bad Robot Productions, Skydance Media and Alibaba Pictures, Mission Impossible: Fallout stars Tom Cruise, Henry Cavill, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Sean Harris, Angela Bassett, Michelle Monaghan and Alec Baldwin. Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, the film will release in India on July 27, 2018.
